What we are building is a true musical, made from the ground up, and your support carries more than this one production: it feeds a flame that benefactors have kept alive since the beginning of time. That sacred relationship between artists and their community has propelled human achievement in every age, and it needs tending now more than ever, so the next generation still understands how creativity works. Three Grape Leaves is currently funded through private and foundational support, including by the Friends of Musique et Vin, and enjoys close collaboration with Les Hospices de Beaune and the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin. The show is in discussion for partnership and support with Opéra de Dijon and the Département de la Côte-d'Or, among others.
Set at one of France's most storied venues (Les Hospices de Beaune, consecrated in 1452 and sustained to this day by proceeds from Burgundy wine), Three Grape Leaves is positioned initially as a landmark cultural event, but likewise holds strong commercial potential for the West End, Broadway, and a sustained tour through the French opera house circuit.
